Be very careful buying this PC. I read reviews about getting a VGA port and one HDMI port when this model clearly states that there are two HDMI ports. Instead of just ordering it on-line at Best Buy, I went to a store and asked a salesman to confirm that this PC has two HDMI’s. He looked into his computer and assured me it comes with two HDMI ports so I placed the order and paid for it. I waited two weeks and when I brought it home, there was only one HDMI port with a VGA port. I went back to the store and the best they can offer me is an apology and to give me their Insigna USB 3.0 adapter to HDMI at no cost. I told them this still isn’t what I paid for. I am losing graphics quality and I am losing the use of one of the USB 3.0 ports. I was desperate since I waited two weeks without a PC and didn’t want to start the buying process over again. I ask for a little more consideration since I was still getting less than what I paid for. They said no. So, be very careful buying this PC or other products from Best Buy. You may get your money back, but you may have wasted a lot of time and money for nothing.
