Not deliberately trying to discredit anyone, because everyone has a different experience, but I totally disagree with these reviews that say “great quality!” “Nice colors!” “Lovely picture!” I’m sorry but it just isn’t true, and I can only assume these reviews are coming from people who are upgrading from a Dell box monitor that’s been running windows XP for the last 15 years. If you’re looking for a monitor for work or school, or any situation where you’ll be using it for long hours, please heed this review: You get what you pay for. It’s about what you’d expect for an $80 monitor. Blue light is strong, colors are cold and harsh, and the screen is very susceptible to glare/color distortion if you’re not looking at it perfectly straight. Resolution is poor, to be honest. Typing in a word document for example, small words such as menu items like “File” and “Insert” are incredibly blurry. I code a lot for school, and I start to get a headache from eye strain after an hour or two. If you don’t use your computer for long periods of time or for complicated tasks like coding or CAD drawings, like I do, then this should be fine. This monitor was delivered a couple weeks earlier than the tracking number predicted, which is great except it got delivered while I was traveling. If it weren’t for Best Buy’s asinine 15 day warranty being expired by the time I got home, I would not hesitate AT ALL to return this for a more expensive monitor. It was meant to be temporary anyways, but I didn’t consider Best Buy’s signature 10 minute warranty at the time of purchase. Now I’m stuck with it. Highly dissatisfied, but it’s my own fault. 2 stars because it was incredibly easy to set up, and it technically does what I ask of it, despite my opinions. And to be clear, even though I complained about Best Buy’s fortnight warranty, it was not a factor in the rating. **PICTURES: first picture is of the monitor, screen looks like this on iPhone camera no matter how still you hold it. My son wanted a second monitor for his gaming. Nothing fancy to it but does the job at a good price

Our HP Envy screen went down months ago. Sent it off to get it fixed and they could not. Got this monitor and we finally get to use our laptop again. Comes with DVI cord but not HDMI cable. Will need to get one. Picture is great the screen swivels in all directions. Easy to put together too.

I had a small old square display that I used for a 2nd screen in my home office that I replaced with this. Happy with my choice. Easy to set up out of the box. Only complaint would be the menu isn't easy to navigate to get the picture correct.

This monitor has served me well for almost 4 years. Can’t beat the price.

This product was as advertised. Installation was easy and straightforward. Images in the display are sharp and colors are true. The HDMI connection worked well and without issues. Price was competitive. The 20-inch screen size is exactly what I needed.

Great purchase for my at home office space. I purchased two so that I can connect them to my laptop, but had to return and purchase hmdi cards because it only comes with the regular desktop connecting port. Simple fix and now they are working fine. The price was awesome and the size is perfect.

Good monitor for the price, super clear picture. Easy to set up and use. The adjustment for the picture could be a little more user friendly. All and all a good monitor.

Decent enough for the special price. Not recommended for gaming, just for basic use. Odd the settings are in the back including the power button. Takes some patience to get the settings to your preference. Out of the box the brightness was way too high, reduced quite a bit for reducing eye strain and longevity. Side view is not real good, which is fine if not required by users

I bought this monitor to pair it with an older laptop and I'm: Amazed at the quality and clarity of the picture, Happy at how much easier it is to do my computer work throughout the day, thanks to a somewhat larger screen and its clarity. What a wonderful difference.

Looking for inexpensive Monitor when an HDMI connect....that is what I got. Works great. Good value for the Price

Plug an play, Great clarity and size for my desk. Runs Win 10 and easy on the eyes.

its been working great so far, no complaints, I was only looking for a second monitor for my WFH setup within the budget, this monitor does the job for me. in my opinion its a value for money

Good for the price. A little small as far as height, but it suits my purpose. Easy to install and had no problems.
