Good little computer for a small to medium business. Works very well. But only able to run one hard drive and does not come with cables for a second hard drive or other drives.

So far-so good, quick machine, quiet and reliable..

It does exactly what it needs to do starting with satisfying the need to upgrade to Windows 11. I bought the first one for my wife who was completely satisfied. I then bought four more for other people I help with their computer needs. There has been no negative feedback. For anyone with basic needs, this is a real bargain.

Bought this for my father-in-law, who is 90, and it is far faster and nimble than his old computer that he wasn't sure how to replace. It was a little confusing at first, but we tweaked settings so that he saw only what he wanted to use.

For the price these units are sold for they are a good bargin. The 8GB of RAM and the 512GB SSD allow the unit's performance to be adequate for most situations.

I have received excellent service for my recent purchases, be it in the computer department, TV department or Kitchen department. I found each department to have knowledgeable personnel to provide clients with fast and friendly service.

It was a good product for the value. It is large enough to hold all my junk and has a fast speed.

I bought to replace my over 10 year old Acer on Windows 7 that is still working fine, only because I needed Windows 11 in order to load my tax software. I ordered online, plugged it in, and everything worked fine. This new Acer is lighter, and the hard drive is replaced with SSD which is lighter and has no moving parts. It appears the power requirement is less, so I don't see a power supply fan (one less thing to break). There is a fan over the CPU but even that and the CPU is smaller. Only complaint is Windows 11 tries to take over and get you to enter your personal info and setup login accounts, etc. and pressure you to use their products and their 3rd party products. I use my own browser (Chrome) and my own 3rd party apps (LibraOffice) to stay independent of Microsoft and save money. Things like their anti-virus are free, but for a limited time (1 year), after that I will load my own free one.

Easy to set up and use. Great for old folks that just email and search the web. Chat was great for reviewing before buying. Best buy has the best customer service second to none.

So far, so good. is economical and takes up little space. Was easy to hook up to monitor but haven't tried with printer yet.

I'm liking the compact size of this tower, and it has enough power to meet my office needs

We don’t use this for anything special just regular Home use. It’s perfect for that. Highly recommend.

Works well. I’m satisfied with the product. I would recommend this for someone who just wants to do basic things.

Taking into consideration that it's a lower lever system & it's a little slower than I had hoped, it's a good desk top. It seems to be getting better the more that I use it. All in all it's a good system for what I do, email, social media, finances and basic things. I am not a gamer.

Had to make the unfortunate leap to Win 1 so for the price it is a fine computer to use for banking and such. Small too. I'd use one for general surfing as well. Thanks Best Buy.

I bought this as basic secondary computer to manage photos and for some internet use. It working fine for this type of use. No issues so far. It has been about 2 months.

This computer is a big bargain and takes up less space and perfect for our needs.
