Problems Never Fixed by Manufacturer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.DO NOT BUY. I bought this back in August and I have had to send it back to Acer twice now. They did not fix the problem the first time and now I am waiting up to 14 days to get it back. AGAIN. No trust in the company or computer and scared that it will stop working after manufacturer warranty is over. Best Buy geek squad said they didn't have any authority to do anything about it and was not eager to be helpful. I normally don't write reviews but this computer has cost me way too much unnecessary hassle and time.

Terribly Slow

I was bit busy whole last week so didn't use much. it was very slow from day 1 but thought let's give it a shot & try to use it for few more days & who knows I will be get to use to it. But after one week of purchase I am really disappointed with this Product. It is terribly slow. It took me atleast 10 minutes to turn on any browser. I have no idea how People is mentioned that speed is fast!! Or May be I am the only one who is facing this cause ? Anyways really disappointed with this Laptop & going to return it back by tomorrow only.

Very Fragile
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The screen broke when I closed it. Now it won't do anything because it is a touch screen. I can't turn off the touch screen and it is going nuts. The power cord has broken 3 times in a year. They try to sell me a extended service plan that won't repair anything.

one day and crashed down
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I setup the computer, and made the initial update. The next morning, the computer didnt turn on. It was on starting mode forever with the ACER logo on it. I returned it on Best Buy

Screen when out 1st day
