Perfect for school

The book works great and the batter lasts all day. She loves it as it is also very sleek looking.

Perfect little laptop for a Great Price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Acer always makes decent laptops. Not the most rugged quality, but good for the average user. Been using this for over 6 months now and am very happy. Battery life very good, screen very bright, keys never mess up, boots fast, etc. (Keep in mind this is a Chromebook, so you cannot hook up to a printer nor can you install other software. Don't be misled that you can just use the Google Cloud Print feature because if you need to send your files to a normal Windows PC to print you might as well just purchase a Windows laptop. Also, You are limited to what extra apps are available on the PlayStore, but not all the apps available on the Android phones are available for the Chromebooks.)

Great device for a good price

Ive tested a Dell G7 gaming laptop and a Lenovo Yoga 720, and though both had great build quality, they had sub-par battery life at around 4 hours on a single charge. i returned both and went back to searching for a laptop. I came across this Chromebook, and it has everything that i want and need. the aluminum body makes it feel much more premium than the price tag would make you think, and the battery life is incredible (~ 9 hours from my experience). Since it is running ChromeOS, it is quick performing most tasks and can handle pretty much whatever you throw at it. It is also possible to run Linux on this device, which gives you a lot more control over what you can do.
