    The laptop works great and I have no problem running games or other software. Can do things my other laptops were incapable of. Sound for the laptop is also great better than my tv.

    Boss of a laptop. All around great in all areas. The only thing I would have liked to see is them updating the GPU to something better than a 3060 to at least a 8gb dedicated.

    This is my first gaming laptop. I was hesitant because I thought I wanted a 4K screen, but the smooth refresh rate on this model is really great. I highly recommend to anyone looking to get into PC gaming. It also functions as my everyday work laptop to.

    This laptop works great now, but I had a lot of issues when I first got it. Laptop would not connect to wifi unless I reset my network settings every time I logged onto the computer. I brought the laptop back to Best Buy after a week because none of the YouTube and tech support articles I found could fix the issues. Best Buy gave me a new laptop but unfortunately the new laptop had the same issue. I ended up giving this laptop to my tech savvy friend and after an hour he was able to get it to work.
