Great gaming monitor for my son's Xbox series x for the price

The picture is excellent, but the base prevents efficient storage of the keyboard.

I've been waiting to get this monitor for a long time, I forgot about it for a while because I ended up getting a different monitor but I finally saw that this was on sale and I ended up getting it. This is one of the best monitors that I have ever used, I game on it and the graphics on it are insane. Warzone, Pubg, MLB the Show, Madden 23 and even Fortnite look so amazing on this monitor.

Perfect monitor for 1440p gaming! Looks good on the desk, plays well, and tbe RGB is just enough to satisfy just about anyone without being over the top. But in case its just too much, you can turn it off! This monitor is also loaded with features such as usb charging and built in speakers in case you dont want to use a headset. If this monitor is in your budget, its a must grab!

Absolutely amazed and happy with this purchase. Caught it on sale and the monitor is super crisp. At 4K resolution you may need to get used to how small everything is at first but once you do and get to work you’ll be pleasantly surprised with how well images translate from this to any other screen!

I had this monitors for years now and still love it. It comes with neat features and a screen aim icon. It does however have limited RGB/Color selections. Other tuan that, no issues

It was a debate between this Acer Predator @ 500.00 usd and the 28" Asus TUF 4k monitor @ 800.00 usd This one was in stock and the Asus would have to be ordered in. I opted to try this one since the specs claimed HDMI 2.0 and 165 hz knowing that I could return it and order in the Asus if it was capped at 60 hz over HDMI. I had read conflicting reports about it hitting 120 fps on Playstation 5. I can confirm that I am seeing 120 fps in Destiny 2 crucible at 1080p. But this took a little troubleshooting to get working. I was trying to use Astro A50s with the HDMI audio extractor. This for whatever reason capped my FPS at 60. Once I removed the Astros and bought a set of Sony Pulse 3d headphones, all the problems vanished and I saw the 60 fps move up to 120 via the monitors built in FPS counter. Interestingly, Playstation settings are registering this monitor as a 2160 60hz display even though it's a 1440 monitor. The monitor must be downscaling the signal. As for the monitor itself, it is replacing an older Asus ROG 24" 144 hz TN display that has served me well since 2015. (Yeah the one with Nvidia 3D.) This older monitor had a DVI-D port and an HDMI 1.4 port that was capped at 30 hz. I guess they intended this to be used for Movies and not a Playstation. The Acer actually takes up less desk space than the old monitor and my PS5 stands neatly behind it. The cable management is very good! The 4 port USB hub built in is also a very welcome addition. As for the built in speakers, I haven't tried them as I game with a headset but it's nice that they are there. The HDR is meh but the colors pop and are vibrant. Getting 120 frames per second with no screen tearing or artifacts is amazing! So again everyone, if you aren't worried about having HDMI 2.1 and 4K, this 2k monitor with HDMI 2.1 will do just fine to achieve those sweet sweet 120 fps on next gen consoles.

Was looking for a new gaming monitor as my old one wasnt keeping up with the ps5, always been interested in the predator glad i went with this one amazing colors clairity brightness smooth fresh rate great reaponse time the design of it also a plus
