Doesn't come complete and was not working properly

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The product was shipped in a box with some kind of weird air protector around it that looks like The old push pops popsicle sticks. It came with two cables and it did not come with the case that's supposed to be as a stand also for some reason. I reached out to Acer and they said tough luck. It didn't matter because it arrived damaged. It didn't appear to be damaged but when you powered it on the power light would flash green and as the green flash the screen flash the Acer word on it and kept resetting over and over every 2 seconds. I returned it the same day within 10 minutes. I wouldn't recommend buying a refurbished product from Acer.
