A unique film incorporating the Beatle's music into the storyline. The actors sing the lyrics beautifully, and in some scenes very movingly. Fun to watch and listen to.

If you're a Beatles fan this movie is a no brainer. It looks great and sounds even better. Great performances by the cast.

I saw Across the Universe when it first came out at the movie theater with friends. Loved that the characters had names from Beatles songs,the easter eggs and that it wasn't your typical movie musical. The songs moved the movie along, and were done in a way where you knew they were Beatles songs but not carbon copies...this is one of those movies that you can watch more than once and not get bored. Still good 14 years after release.

I love this movie, if you like musicals or a Beatles fan or someone who loves a good love story ,this is a must. this is my fourth purchase of this movie as i end up giving them away to friends

The plot was a little difficult to follow, but the picture and the sound track was fantastic. This is a true native 4K scan. Another great release by Sony. Highly recommended if you like the Beatles and would be interested in a story bout how people were protesting the Vietnam war.

I just upgraded my Blu Ray DVD to a 4K because this is one of my favorite films, and the cinematography is awesome. It not only features songs by the Beatles, but it's a breathtaking film from beginning to end. A must for any classic movie collection!

If you like the Beatles music you will enjoy this film. A very creative story is built around the lyrics of Beatles tunes. Evan Rachel Wood and Jim Sturgess do good work, but to me the best moments are briefer appearances by an array of talented performers (my favorite is Joe Cocker's rendition of Come Together).

I like movies that have music and a good story line...Chicago, Rent, Mama Mia, Hairspray, West Side Story, 1776, Singing In The Rain Delivery came earlier than expected - I would recommend others to shop at Best Buy

I never really liked this movie, but it was still worth it buying the 4K, which improves greatly upon the sound and picture quality of the blu-ray

Love this movie and watching it in its 4k master was fantastic. This film is already beautiful in it's own so three upscale just makes it much better!

Amazing movie with an amazing soundtrack! I've seen other movies that try to pull this off and it just doesn't work.

I own this on Blu-ray. So you can tell I like the movie. But let me tell you 4K is the way to go with this one. It looks amazing in Dolby vision
