I bought this bke for my wife to use at Burning Man. She's 5'2" and said she wanted a "little girl bike," that was simple to ride, with no gears, and had limited adjustments. This fit the bill. With its 16-inch wheels, it's close to the ground and easy for her to get on and off, but I's six feet tall and can ride it comfortably. The display only shows four battery bars... there's no speedometer or any other information, but that didn't really matter in Black Rock City, where the speed limit was 5mph. It did just fine in the dusty conditions, and she hit about 18 mph on the open Playa. Keep in mind that this doesn't have a lot of power, so you may have to pedal hard on steep hills. It also doesn't have the greatest battery capacity, and she could only get about 15 miles out of it with a mix of pedal assist and throttle use. We also had a hard time with the folding mechanism. It seemed that it was painted shut and I had to use ratchet straps to pull the frame closed. After we opened it up again, we decided not to fold it again

Good value for an electric bike. I had trouble getting it built since the instructions weren't clear. Aligning the front wheel with the handle bar was time consuming. Also the front wheel guard was hard to align. The kickstand doesn't do a great job of balancing the bike. The battery life is not what I expected. I think I get about half the miles on a charge than it says.

I bought 4 of these, returned them all. The pedal snapped off of one of them, I emailed support and heard nothing. Another one would not turn on, tried all 4 different batteries, wouldn't work, I emailed support again and heard nothing. One of the bikes was completely different from the other three. The front fender covers don't fit properly, so they rub against the wheels. One of the front forks was leaking what I assume to be grease. We barely had these a week when I decided to return them. The only good thing to come out of this were the Best Buy employees that helped me return them.

I recently bought this electric bike to commute from home to work, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The ride is smooth, powerful, and surprisingly comfortable, even on longer trips. The battery life lasts me through the week, and charging is quick and easy. It gives me the perfect balance of speed and control, and I really enjoy the boost it provides on tougher hills. The build quality feels solid and reliable, and the design looks sleek too. Every ride feels effortless yet intense in a good way—it motivates me to use it daily instead of driving. I genuinely love it and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a practical, fun, and efficient way to get around

Great bike for the bike. Decent hr of riding with pedal assist, more hills mean more battery. Some parts could have been screwed on less tight though. B rated bike.

Honestly, i thought this bike would be a reliable, comfortable and efficient ride... but boy was i wrong. I have already fallen off of this bike 4 times in the span of a month. The feature that makes that bike foldable is INCREDIBLY problematic. It can sometimes unclick/unfold itself when u have added accessories on it (basket, lights, etc). Or even simply as is. And besides feeling a lack of confidence while riding, i even had it properly checked yet i still find myself having to do tweeks for it every few days. Overall, im incredibly disappointed with this purchase, and please save yourself the time, money, and sanity of not purchasing this bike.

The quality of these bikes is no good. Usually paint isn't an issue but the paint was literally just falling off while assembling it. The chair was made so cheaply that when i picked up the bike the chair fell apart and i noticed it was holding on by glue and a screw that was screwed into a bit of rubber... if you want to be cheap. Buy a good bike off someone getting rid of one. Thankfully i was able to return these bikes. Yes i was dumb enough to buy 2 of these haha!

This bike was easy to set up and even easier to operate. I love the pedal assist and the back rack is really convenient. It’s not too big or too small, it’s adjustable and super comfortable.

Bought bike for upcoming trip, but my young adult kids have been enjoying them.
