This product will allow you to have a hard wired ethernet connection without running long wires. Very easy to install.

I recently moved to a home where running internet Cat5 cable is very troublesome. After some research I bought this product to minimize the miles of cable and holes I'd have to run in the house to get internet to where I needed it. It works great, but taxes my broadband service (it can handle more than my router can deliver). Originally, I thought I could place one unit at my router and the others around the house. I since discovered that these are paired devices. You can run 128 devices in a home, but each connection needs a sender and a receiver. No matter, i made it work. Great price, great equipment (but sketchy directions) and plug and play setup. Worth your time if you don't want miles of cable scattered across your home.

When I bought this kit I was a little skeptical but it worked just as advertised. It was brainless to install and worked the first time I tried it. I have my modem upstairs in the master bed room and connected the feed there and put the hub downstairs in the he living room and connected it to my sattelite receiver and my XBox and was surprised at how fast it was. I was so impressed I bought another one (the one without the 4 port this time) and put one in the loft and another one in the computer room. Connecting those were easy too. Just push the button on the bottom of the hub then push the button on the bridge and they were connected. Now every device I have with an eathernet connection has one of these hooked up to it and the speed increase is notably faster. I ran a speed test on my computer using wifi and I got 18 mps down and almost 3 mps upload. After I installed this device I got 24 mps down and almost 5 mps upload. Now I only use my wifi for the cellphones and tablets. I would highly recommend this product to anyone specially if you do online gaming. I think that's where I've noticed the speed increase the most.

My wife was tired of the wireless dropping signal. plugged it in and she now gets uninterrupted fast internet

It was a simple plug and play for two PCs that needed wireless access but were not configured for wireless and no wired outlets were available. I also had a network hard drive that needed to be plugged in as well and this was able to accommodate that need. This was cheaper than buying and installing two wireless access cards into my two PCs. You are restricted by the distance to the wired device but it worked fine for my needs as both PCs are close to each other.

Extremely pleased. Was immediately plug and play with no software to install. I have only used one port of the four but saw immediate download gains vice my wireless. I will never achieve its max rating however 27mps is still faster for my home.

Nice to have one of these for one room with at least 2 ports needed for game console and Computer desktop.

These power line adapters either work about as expected, or they don't. These (I bought two sets) work well, as fast as expected, and didn't require any setup. And we're the least expensive.

I've tried wifi extenders and they have nothing on this gem. I went from 850kb (yes kb) on wifi to 50mb with this item setup is super easy and it just works and it worKS well. I highly recommend this to anyone suffering weak wifi should definitely check this out.
