Customers are saying

Customers recognize the excellent performance of the 15.6" Gaming Laptop, noting its ability to run demanding games smoothly. However, the sound system and battery life received criticism; some users found the speakers inadequate and the battery performance subpar. The laptop's fan noise was also a point of concern for several customers. Overall, the powerful performance is a significant positive, but potential buyers should be aware of the less-than-stellar audio and battery aspects.

Awesome laptop, love the form factor and battery life considering the power. Customizable keys and webcam are features that aren't on every gaming laptop but the webcam was a must for college courses.

Very impressed with this laptop. No damage or gap in the chassis, although I was worried when I saw multiple reviews involving that.

Purchased this laptop for my son for college. 11 months later the SSD on the laptop died. We sent it in (had to pay for shipping) and finally received a new laptop. 4 months later the same thing just happened to the second laptop. Unacceptable. Complete waste of money.

Its pretty fast I pretty liked it but I also had some reasons to return it. First of all the charger is extremely huge and heavy! Second of all Its got the worst speakers I ever tried on a laptop and the main reason was the S key barely worked like I had to press it 3-4 times to work for these reasons I did return it.

Very fast, light and sub-par speaker sound

It's fast and light. Def' lighter than most "gaming" machines. But the speakers are sub-par and underneath. I've never understood why some manufs do that. I'd recommend it for running high-end software but not for playing music out of the speakers.
