The AV was quickly and very professionally installed without a hitch. It is such a joy to experience the quality provided by this product and the lack of hassle during installation.
I personally appreciate the friendly interaction with the tech who carefully provided in depth instruction on the directions needed.

Geek squad mounted the unit to the rack they instralled - good job. Next they integrated an Anthem A/V unit to the TV + sub woofer + mid channel sound bar. This was a difficult set up for them and frankly I would still be doing it myself pullimng hair out as I go. They worked through 95% of the set up, I have a factory guy coming to cmplete the technical details.

These guys were GREAT. Receivers now a days you need to be a technical wizard. I"ve been playing with stereos since I was 12 and couldn't"t figure this out. Had to hook up to a TV to do everything. My stereo is for music only and not a TV remotely nearby. They came in got me all hooked up and sounding amazing and complimenting the rest of my equipment for the amazing sound. Thanks guys........LOVING IT!!!!!!!

Kevin McCarthy, the Geek Squad Agent, quickly reprogrammed my Denon A/V receiver to work with a Harmony Remote. It's been several weeks now and everything works perfectly. He also connected my new Definitive Technology 5.1 surround sound system speakers to the Denon A/V Receive, and then balanced them for optimum performance in my space. Great sound for music and movies. The work was done quickly and most important right.

Lu was very polite and friendly. He knew what to do and I didn't. Got everything up and running very quickly. He also put on protective booties without being asked. Nice touch. Kudos to Geek Squad Lu!!!

Juan from the Kissimmee store was our tech and went above and beyond. He had to do a major set up(rewire 6 speakers, set up and connect a TV, DVD player,CD player and set up a new Logitech Harmony Elite remote) that I knew would take hours. We were his last stop and the at home consultant only gave him an hour. Needless to say, it took much longer, He was never stressed or rushed and did a wonderful job.
We were very happy with the result.

The installers did an amazing job, considering that part of my home theater (cassette player and record player) was damaged by water on December 28, 2022. They gave me specific instructions of what would be needed to complete installation. I want them to return!
