The service man Nick. Was very rude. He made us all feel stupid when I asked him to. Try another controller. He says why don’t you try it and I said, but I’m paying you and his reasoning was why do you have to talk to me that way when My family and I are over 70 years old, he treated us with so much disrespect I have never had this bad service before. The job was complete, but after he made sure he made us feel stupid.

From start to finish the geek squad and Will especially, who was the member of the geek squad who came to my house, were nothing but as professional as they could be! Will really worked so tirelessly hard to make my stereo wa just right! He made sure it was installed right and went way out of his way to make sure I knew how to operate everything. He was polite and very courteous to me. But basically the man worked hard to solve any problems that came his way. Then he made sure that I knew if I had any issues at all that I was to get ahold of him and he would immediately correct or help me if I didn’t understand something. I mean, what more can you ask of someone or the company the representative? I don’t know what Best Buy is paying the man but Will deserves a big raise because he did them and Best Buy a heck of a representation! I will never forget this absolutely wonderful experience and I will absolutely tell people to go through Best Buy and the geek squad for all your tech jobs!! Thank you Best Buy and thank geek squad for having people like will on your team!!!!

Very knowledgeable and friendly technician. It would be a five-star rating except for the fact that the height speakers were reversed when connected. I accept part of that b/c my calibration software needed an update. I would absolutely use him again.

The installer wasn't familiar with my product and raninto the same difficulties I ran into when I tried to install it. The manual is poorly written to try to work with an external amp. The installer finally found step not detailed in the manual for which I am grateful. I would not recommend this receiver. But was happy with the installer.
