Yeah it's reading greetings Geek Squad. Please know the people you have sent me have been exemplary. I am disabled and they have come and fix things very quickly. They're polite and knowledgeable in amazing ways and helpful. They allow me to get back to my writing as fast as I possibly can. Many times I have deadlines and of course the computer or something breaks and I appreciate when they fix it they're the best in every way I can think and say and I thank them my best JBG

Brandon is the BEST of the Geek Squad. He set things up perfectly!! There was another young man with him but I failed to get his name. The two of them came in, just got to it, and I am so happy with what I have. Geek Squd needs to set the bar to these two young men.

The agents installed our A/V receiver very efficiently and showed us exactly how to use it after the tested the sound quality etc. Very personable and answered all our questions. The sound is a great improvement over our old equipment.

Had Geek Squad set up as it was replacement for our Denon System which died after a lightening strike. Love the Denon systems and Geek Squad. After the VCR craze died, no longer wanted to fidget with learning system settings and Geek Squad comes in and sets it up quickly.

Unit works fine - setup and further troubleshooting continues to be a nightmare. Communication with your Asia based 800 number associates has been terrible with two appointments scheduled but not completed due to errors by your team. One Moe appointment now scheduled for June 27.
My confidence in your ability to do things right the first time is “nil”. And, your corporate decision to NOT enable the local store and its management team to manage local appointments is ridiculous, stupid and forcing clients to call Asia from within your own store with the local Geek manager standing next to me is a waste of my time snd humiliating to your staff.

The Geek Squad Agents installed my new AV amp and cable connections to an existing TV quickly and efficiently. They adjusted all of the AV and TV settings and ran thru all of the system settings to demonstrate that all settings were correct for optimum system performance. The agents were very knowledgeable about system settings and adjustments. I will award Best Buy and the Geek Squad Agents with 5 stars for their work.

Our on-site technician did an excellent job and took the time to make sure everything worked and spent the time walking through the TV, remote etc. even though this was a speaker install. She was here until 7pm and was incredibly thorough.

Tyler and Thomas were very helpful in setting up the TV and the A/V amp for the different areas of the house. They obviously get to play with a lot of stereo receivers and the associated remotes.
Once they got everything setup they showed us how to operate everything ( a big plus).

I am not tech savvy. I had a great experience with the tech that came to my house to set up my receiver and speakers. They don’t even need to be purchased from Best Buy!

The agents did a great job.
However I do not understand why I had to pay to have the speakers imbedded into the walls when that is what I needed to have done.
The speakers were actually mounted onto preexisting hooks.
As far as I am concerned the price that I paid was exhorbitant and I doubt that I will have Best Buy install anything in the future.
