I was on the phone with customer service for a software product that I use. I showed the Geek Squad technician the tv and he installed the headphones quickly and, as far as I can tell, correctly. They work fine!

Yeah it's reading greetings Geek Squad. Please know the people you have sent me have been exemplary. I am disabled and they have come and fix things very quickly. They're polite and knowledgeable in amazing ways and helpful. They allow me to get back to my writing as fast as I possibly can. Many times I have deadlines and of course the computer or something breaks and I appreciate when they fix it they're the best in every way I can think and say and I thank them my best JBG

Best Buy geek squad service people are very personable, knowledgeable and careful while installing and doing stuff with your system. Wouldn’t have anybody else work on my home theater thank you Best Buy and geek squad.

The Geek Squad Agents installed my new AV amp and cable connections to an existing TV quickly and efficiently. They adjusted all of the AV and TV settings and ran thru all of the system settings to demonstrate that all settings were correct for optimum system performance. The agents were very knowledgeable about system settings and adjustments. I will award Best Buy and the Geek Squad Agents with 5 stars for their work.

Not a good start and the ending is still to come! Placed an order in store Sept 12th with a magnolia associated that I had discussed system configurations and product focus in advance. Selected the Marantz Cinema60. Agreed to have Geek Squad in-home install and config support and delivery. First available was Sept 25th. Have received numerous emails and text messages in the subsequent days reminding me of the install prep and confirmation information from me that were all responded to and noted by the install status. Two weeks after the purchase on the install date the drama began.
No pre-install call by 9pm to let me know the delivery and install time window. Did get a 5:33pm text saying that a “…service partner from BRG has been assigned to your appointment and will contact in the morning with the arrival window…”. No call received. Did get a text with the installers name target arrival 12:27pm with links to observe his status and location last reported. Subsequent checks showed the new time of 11:29am, great news of course. As I checked again around 11:29 it showed arriving soon. Then new text and arrived at 11:36am saying I need to schedule a service install that is pending my response.
Very confusing so using the contact numbers supplied it took no less than 6 call attempts and paths to speak online agent to see what is going on given 15 minutes prior a tech was on the way and now I’m being asked to schedule an appointment.
After getting to a live support person they placed me on hold and came back to say that the installer is no longer coming as something came up. They have no other staff to assign and that “I need to reschedule”. I’m not happy given no call and the confusing status communications. When I asked that they come Friday the 26th I was told the first available date is Friday Oct 10th. Not Good at all ! I make a very large electronic purchase that is now riding around in the back of an employees trunk for the remainder of the day(s) until it is now to be delivered 5 weeks after the purchase. The staff said they can’t reschedule me sooner via working me in or rescheduling other appointments as they have done to me. No priority adjustment to address the scheduling and delivery miss they created. No indication of supervisor follow up to check on rescheduling sooner. Net, Net, we have your money for the product (still not delivered) and your original two week out delivery and install date has now been moved to 4 weeks from the purchase date with the notice coming after the “…tech is heading to your home…” notices.
I’m exploring alternate options at this point since Best Buy communications are falling a part and product purchased is being held hostage with no assurance that I won’t be rescheduled even further with lost time and money on my part…The Customer…

The guys arrived on time and they knew what they needed to do right away to fix the problem I'd been struggling with for 2 weeks. They answered all my questions (and I had a lot of questions), set up all my devices and actually saved some money for me. A really good experience! I highly recommend them!

The agents did a great job.
However I do not understand why I had to pay to have the speakers imbedded into the walls when that is what I needed to have done.
The speakers were actually mounted onto preexisting hooks.
As far as I am concerned the price that I paid was exhorbitant and I doubt that I will have Best Buy install anything in the future.

these guys were out of originally to put the TV up they were here tonight on melt the old remount the new they were professional they were up to speed on the TV and the rest they were clean tidy respectful I recommend these guys do any kind of work for Best Buy they were phenomenal

Mike and his assistant came out hooked up AV receivers and got all working. Even came back and went over all operations again. Was professional and courteous plus most important patient with all our questions.

We could have connected our new receiver ourselves, but we wouldn't have known to test our speaker system with it, or how to ensure we'd stop getting HDCP error messages. But the Geek we had knew how to do both those things! Great service, and can't imagine ever setting something up without them!
