I cut the cord. My system had been set up for cable. Had a few things that needed adjusting. The technicians took care of our set-up and everything is working great now.

The agents replaced my old receiver with a new Yamaha receiver, reprogrammed various device controllers and configured the speaker system. It was done in one visit with no additional calls for further tuning.

The guy hooked up my new receiver and showed us how to use it he was helpful and pleasant

My install technician Ethan was amazing. His knowledge about my new Denon AVR-X4800H was amazing. He solved the streaming as well as cable box lip syncing. He eliminated many no longer needed audio cables based on the features of this receiver. His expertise and dedication to detail were greatly appreciated. Best Buy is fortunate to have such a knowledgeable person on the Geek Squad install team.

Glad we had GEEK Squad set up our new Denon Receiver. We now have all our various components linked and working. They took about 1 1/2 hours. If we had done it, probably 3 or more hours and then not sure we had it right. Worth the price.

Was able to set up and dial in my Yamaha receiver with ease. Also set up a marantz receiver in the basement which I could never figure out. They were able to set everything up and label inputs and made sure I understood what they did. Best money spent

The agent who came set up my tv, his name is Andrew was very professional. Patient enough to answer questions and he took time to do the set up process. He is skillful and knows what he is doing .

The Geek squad tech knew his stuff! He set up my new Onkyo receiver to include connecting it to all components and my Fire Stick remote. Most importantly he showed me how to use everything!!

The Geek Squad installed the speakers to my new receiver very quickly and gave me the instructions to hear music in the other zone of the receiver using the WiFi. They verified that all the speakers were working..

I'm pleased with my Yamaha Receiver, it's pretty top of the line and have no major complaints. The only issue I find is that this system is located in the basement Rec Room and the reception of certain radio stations can get interference. A better antenna can resolve this problem and I wish this item was included had I known ahead time, other than that it's sounds great. There is a bit of learning to get the get the system to work for other devices (phono, TV, CD plater) which comes with time, but that is normal. My Geek Squad agent gave me the run down and the info was helpful to get up and running, time and practice is all it takes. It would be helpful if the agent had me try operating the system while he watched, hands on is a good learning practice.

The Geek Squad did a excellent job setting up my Bowers & Wilkens entire surround sound through out my home including Roku, Sonos and all my speakers. The Geek Squad set-up and balanced my entire surround sound for optimal sound and quality.

The agent did a fantastic job connecting and programming all of my devices, including the Harmony. He has very good knowledge of all devices and even gave me his card and told him to call him if I ever had any problems. I was very impressed.
