This is something I wouldn't have been able to do myself, so their service saved a ton of time and effort. It hasn't been very long, but everything is working great. Team was professional, helpful, and efficient on install day.

Matt took down my old TV, installed mount and new TV. Only mounted he ran a sound and picture check to make sure everything working properly. He made sure I understood how the TV worked with my surround sound system. He was very helpful.

The Geek Squad rep rewired my entertainment center for me. I previously had other components that I no longer needed and he removed all the excess cables and rewired the entire system so I worked better and was easier to use.

Didn't get notification a day befeore installation or for follow up visit. Good receiver but can't get one important feature to work in spite of a follow up Geek squad member follow up visit.

The guys worked hard and overcame some issues, old security screws holding the old set on the wall for one. The final installation looks great and works well with my existing equipment. Good job guys!

Techs were great. Installed speakers and went above and beyond. The wiring was from the homes previous owner and I did not have exactly what was needed, however the technician worked his magic and was able to set it up the speakers for what I needed.

The 2 young men who came to my house were fantastic. They were very knowledgeable and did a great job hooking everything up.

I cut the cord. My system had been set up for cable. Had a few things that needed adjusting. The technicians took care of our set-up and everything is working great now.
