I'm pleased with my Yamaha Receiver, it's pretty top of the line and have no major complaints. The only issue I find is that this system is located in the basement Rec Room and the reception of certain radio stations can get interference. A better antenna can resolve this problem and I wish this item was included had I known ahead time, other than that it's sounds great. There is a bit of learning to get the get the system to work for other devices (phono, TV, CD plater) which comes with time, but that is normal. My Geek Squad agent gave me the run down and the info was helpful to get up and running, time and practice is all it takes. It would be helpful if the agent had me try operating the system while he watched, hands on is a good learning practice.

Agent gave us help with adjusting the sound and programming our remote. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and competent. He listened to our needs and gave satisfactory, helpful responses. All good!

The Geek Squad did a excellent job setting up my Bowers & Wilkens entire surround sound through out my home including Roku, Sonos and all my speakers. The Geek Squad set-up and balanced my entire surround sound for optimal sound and quality.

The agent did a fantastic job connecting and programming all of my devices, including the Harmony. He has very good knowledge of all devices and even gave me his card and told him to call him if I ever had any problems. I was very impressed.

The agents seemed very experienced and knowledgeable, but they had a difficulty connecting the A/V receiver to my existing blu-ray player. As well, they were allotted about 2 hours to do the job, but between the TV mounting, receiver hook-up, game consoles, power conditioner, set-up and testing, there wasn't enough time to error-check. So, I ended up buying a new blu-ray player and am going to have them come back out to install it and de-bug their original set-up.

Very nice knowledgeable and professional not pushy sales people took their time with me and asked many questions on what I was looking for not just a buy this because geek squad was fast to make an appointment professional and neat and clean

Install of Sonos sound bar and programmed of system. All was excellent and squad was top notch.

Geek squad was great, help me setup my subwoofer and take back the old that came in damage from ups at no charge great service thanks to my rep there .

As usual the technician went above and beyond. They caked and double checked everything.

Avery from Geek Squad did an amazing job of installing my new Marantz receiver. He took the time to show and use all the features and was neat and wore a mask the entire time. Would definitely request Avery for all future installs.

Very friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Set up my remote and HEOS music on the receiver and set up zone 2 for outside speakers. In and out. I’m very pleased.

These young men were here on time, professional greeting as they entered our home. They were quick with delivery and setup of TV and all parts. They walked me though instructions on how to use TV with remote. And cleaned up any debris from TV and receiver.
