Excellent Geek Squad service again! These folks are great and we highly recommend them to all Best Buy customers.

The two guys that came over very nice answered all my questions showed us how everything on the machine two me what to bought for the dryer so that my steamer will work bettet.

He was very professional and answered all 9f our questions. This guy showed up on time and was a lot of fun. He was also very respectful and he stayed to make sure every thing worked just fine.

The Geek Squad Associates from my Lake Lake, Florida Store are simply amazing. We have used the Geek Squad for four different in home installs and each one went flawless. They are Professional, Very Knowledgeable in their craft, Completely approachable they want to you ask questions and will not leave until you are comfortable using with your new install no matter what it is and they are patient and understand your questions. They do not rush through the install and hurry and leave, leaving you unsure of how to proceed. They clean up behind themselves leaving the area perfect. Geek Squad cost is not that expensive and they are worth every single penny. WILL absolutely use them again.

The agent, I believe his name was Cameron. was nice, certainly knowledgeable, but a bit hurried and I did not have a chance to get all questions answered. Overall he did a good job.
