I have an old Onkyo HTR-550 surround system that I was hooking up to a new TV and was having trouble getting it to work. So I called Best Buy to see if they would hook it up. They said they would and to my surprise they sent out 2 technicians who knew what they were doing and after testing the system were able to get it to work beautifully. I have nothing but phrases Matthew and his assistant from the geek squad!!! And their service fee was very reasonable!

The squad did a very professional, very patient and knowledgeable to insure the set up, was completely done right and I was very satisfied...

Technicians reviewed current set up of surround sound system and said the additional speaker was not necessary, this saved me a good amount of hard earned dollars. I appreciate good advice from people we pay and trust.

Arron and Gary are the genius Geek guys. They installed and mounted a large tv and it was a work of art and science. Every time they have been over to install tv or set up a sound system it’s been a fantastic experience and I always learn a few pearls from them. Many Mahalos guys!
