    The team was amazing. The first technician Mitchell who came out was atrocious. The second team were very communicative. They walked and fielded questions with parents through their entire set up process.

    The geek squad showed up on time, and really knew there stuff ! They connected my reciever to my TV, and got everything else working perfectly. I was very happy with there knowledge and professionalism. Thank goodness for the geek squad !

    I have an old Onkyo HTR-550 surround system that I was hooking up to a new TV and was having trouble getting it to work. So I called Best Buy to see if they would hook it up. They said they would and to my surprise they sent out 2 technicians who knew what they were doing and after testing the system were able to get it to work beautifully. I have nothing but phrases Matthew and his assistant from the geek squad!!! And their service fee was very reasonable!
