Now this geek squad member is awesome. I though i needed to do something and needed help i thought. Came to find out i did everything correctly and he refunded me. He was so honest, nice and had experience. Excellent workers. Thank you for your honest service workers. Great establishment.....

The guys did a quick job of installing our new receiver. They took the time to show us how to use it and were very pleasant.

The agents showed up on time as promised and completed all my projects as scheduled. They did an excellent job and explained everything along the way.

The technician installed all components and connected the five speakers to the av receiver. Also, assigned three different inputs to the receiver.

Didn't get notification a day befeore installation or for follow up visit. Good receiver but can't get one important feature to work in spite of a follow up Geek squad member follow up visit.

Derek and Nathan, the Geek Squad Agents, installed TV and setup up Denon receiver and Bose surround sound system to all work together. They Rock!

Cody came to install an auxiliary antenna for a receiver that I had recently purchased, but with which I was having trouble getting an FM station that I liked. Cody quickly diagnosed the problem, that the original attached antenna with the receiver had not been uncoiled, so as soon as he did that I didn't need the auxiliary antenna. Cody quickly credited me for the auxiliary antenna plus his home visit since the attached antenna should have been uncoiled on the original installation. I really appreciated how quickly he diagnosed the problem and his honesty in telling me the issue.

The geek squad showed up on time, and really knew there stuff ! They connected my reciever to my TV, and got everything else working perfectly. I was very happy with there knowledge and professionalism. Thank goodness for the geek squad !

They were fast and efficient setting up a complicated sound system. Did a great job. Definitely recommend them.
