The agent was on time and fixed the TV to voice what channel was on in about 10 minutes when no one else knew how to fix. My brother cannot see well enough to see the TV menus and depends on the TV to let him know what is on.

The agents came to fix my home theater sound system. I have a Sonos system and the sound was no longer coming out of my Sonos Beam and Sonos rear speakers. The agents were wonderful, considerate, knowledgeable, and friendly. Most importantly, they quickly fixed the problem and showed me how to trouble-shoot and fix it if it happened again. There were 2 issues. The Sonos system needs to be updated periodically (easily downloadable) and it needs to be plugged into the HDMI Arc port. Arc = audio return channel. I did not need to have any repairs, nor did I need any new equipment. Smart guys!
