I had the Geek squad out three times. They were professional and seemed to try their best to set up my old Bose system. Never could get 2 out of the 6 speakers working or figure out why. I did not purchase the speakers, receiver or TV at Best Buy. But the teams that came, were helpful and tried their best to make it all work.

They came on time. Got right to work and set everything up. Very Knowledgable on the set up.
All systems were go on the other components that we had to connect and sync up!!

Couldn't connect properly, and was told could be issue with TV or receiver ,so exchanged receiver, to rule out, which was not the problem...
New tech set up, and couldn't figure out why the TV and receiver and Roku were not functioning together...Just returned the Roku, which seemed to cause the interference....
Still looking for entertainment system proper setup.....

The GEEK Squad Individual quickly and correctly set up our iPADs to allow connection and display of our several RING home outdoor monitor devices. He also explained how to view timelines, etc, on our iPADs.

Excellent, friendly professionals from the Geek Squad accomplished an almost invisible setup of a wired system with no visible cords or cables. 4 people showed up on time and worked for about 4 hours. Most of what they accomplished was paid for by my total tech membership, saving me several Benjamins. Couldn’t be happier.

These guys were like supermen! They mounted 2 TVs (including moving one from upstairs to downstairs), setup and connected a new A/V Receiver for one of the TVs along with the Blu-Ray, new Subwoofer, and an MP3 player. Then they setup, connected and programmed the new Harmony Remote as well as the controllers for the two additional TVs. Don't know how I survived before they were around! Additionally, they packed up everything, vacuumed and cleaned up all the areas, and they provided training on all the new equipment for me!

The installers were great! Unfortunately they said they could not install the speakers that we bought, said someone else has to do that. We paid for the installation not sure why they did not arrange for everything to be done!!! They screwed up our first appt. and put us off for a little over 3 weeks! Then they can't do everything we paid for! Now have not heard when the job will be finished! We are having company over the holidays and are disgusted with your customer service!!!
