Bently is the best technician. We have a very complex system which is a Home Theater, which has speakers in every room including the outside It is powered by a Boise system and is a very complex system to deal with. He did it effetely and we have great sound and tv through our system. thanks so much to the Geek Squad and to Best Buy and Bently.

I have to qualify my rating. All of the agents tried their best to solve my TV and receiver issues.
I had to replace my new TV with another of same. I had to replace my receiver 2 more times from my original. And I must say that the agents helped me replace both of the above mentioned items.
The Geek Squad was out to my home 6 times. I went 6 weeks of frustration because each time agents left my home it was because they were on a time crunch for another appointment.
Finally things were made right with the last agent who solved it with ANOTHER purchase of a HDI cable. Seriously !! That should have been free.
Lastly ... there is a disconnect between the store and the Geek Squad. I had to use my own money to purchase another new receiver to replace the bad one. Why should I have to pay for that. I have already paid.
Oh .... and I never missed a payment on my Best Buy card even though my install was NOT completed due to challenges.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

The tech was very knowledgeable and spent time answering all of our questions. He was extremely helpful and proficient in setting up all of our surround sound system and AV components.

Geek Squad did a great job with install of tv and sound system. Two different groups and both excellent. Very pleased with tv and sound system. Would recommend Geek Squad to anyone who needs technical support.
