Steve and Kelli were very knowledgeable in the set-up of Home Theater system that included 5 speakers plus a subwoofer. The set-up also included by 65 inch 4K TV set. A few hurdles were incurred during the set-up, but the team handled them well.

When they came out to install the TV we were told that they don't do audio/video set up any more so this $69.99 service was cancelled then we found out that they do indeed set up audio/video so we called to set up a date to have this done and were then told it would be $129.99 I think someone at Best Buy should know what is going on but it doesn.t look like it Right now I am fighting for my 10% on my first purchase having a hard time with that also.

As always. Geek squad did a great job of setting up my speakers and running wires, but Bestbuy itself destroying the value of totaltech is a 0 star. I will be letting my totaltech run out and will not be renewing.

Our technician did a great job of getting everything hooked up.

The agent assembled all our audio/video devices from the jumble of wires and cables the movers left. He checked everything to make sure it was working properly and made sure I knew how to work them. He was pleasant and conscientious.

The agent installed the receiver and ensured it was connected to my surround sound. It has worked flawlessly since and we are extremely happy with the service we were provided.

Alex, the Bestbuy technicial who set up ourr Denon 5.1 AV Receiver, knew what he was doing. He wore a mask, making me feel comfortable. Our speaker and headphone system needed understanding and unique wiring for everything to work for us. He did that and then quickly reprogrammed our Logitec One Remote.

Speakers were not working and the tech was able to find loose wires and connect.

They did a perfect job reenstalling thank them so much.

Very Happy with the installation of my epson projection

Shawn did a good job. Everything worked! This was the third attempt at the configuration I bought. It took two TVs, 2 Wireless Headphones, and one sound bar to get there.

The pre-purchase consultation was exceptional and the gentleman who set up the sound system were very good; they got the job done and did the little things (e.g., hide wires) that made a difference. Sound is grand; just could have used more follow up with an apparent App issue we encountered that reportedly was with the online App than the system

Eric of the Geek Squad was very helpful in setting up our new Denon tuner. We are having a problem with its Bluetooth connection.

The service person came in and let me know what was the issue.

Installed entire home theatre system effectively and all devices connected and worked. Tech could have explained all operations and connections better. I'd suggest leaving behind connection diagrams and basic instructions, in writing. Tech was helpful and answered questions and came back out to home after installation

The agents hooked up my receiver and did a very through job.

Stress free installation and haul off of old tv. Would highly recommend. Worth EVERY penny. Bought an 85" tv and needed to know it was securely hanging on the wall

They connected the receiver to the speakers and blue ray player ok, but I was really disappointed (and I mentioned this when I set up the service) when I told them I wanted to replace the speaker wires and they ignored me. The system works, but it wasn't a great experience.
