Rob did a great job installing my tv and hanging it on the wall. It was originally not level so I reached out to him and they came back and fixed everything the way it should be. He was a pleasure to work with and I’d love to use him again

Excellent job by geek squad team, they have very good insight into products and how to make them work to their best. However, sales team is incompetent and unfortunately they do the initial home survey. I wish geek squad does home survey instead.

The agent removed my old receiver and installed the new one. He did an excellent job and answered all of my questions. He made sure all of our surround speakers were working well. He went out of his way to reprogram my Harmony remote when I could have just used the other remote.
He was very professional and did an excellent job.

The agent installed my audio to my current Sony receiver. He was supposed to install my new Sony receiver but he said if I use current Sony surround sound speakers with the new Sony receiver it would burn the receiver up. So I had to return it. The salesman that sold it to me said I could use my current speakers but I needed a new receiver.

The Florence KY Geek Squad did a great job hooking up and explaining the operation of our sound system to our Television. They were prompt and professional. I highly recommend the service.

The Squad attached all of the peripherals on our new TV and made sure they were operating the way we wanted. Additionally the Squad made sure we understood how to make adjustments if they were needed in the future.

The job: set up my 75" tv (pedestal, not wall mounted), receiver (connect to existing wall/ceiling speakers) and subwoofer. Two agents showed up for this task. One essentially watched the other. The team ran out of speaker wire and had to return to the store (one hour round trip) for more. The leader of the two spent much of the time telling me about his prior jobs and the fancy sound systems he had installed. I got the impression my job was 'filler' for him and not really worth his time. I also thought he tried to rush through demonstrating how to use the products. To be fair, all three pieces were successfully installed, which was the primary reason for the job. I did not appreciate the 'that's normal and to be expected' response when I questioned the lip sync delay I now have when I watch TV through the receiver. I guess I have no choice but to get used to it.

Rob and Stephen did a great job in mounting our new Sony TV, connecting a a/v receiver, setting up the TV, and setting up the cable remote. They were very neat, wore masks, and shoe covers. The install was cover under Total Tech when we purchased the TV and mount.

This item is a 65" Samsung smart TV. It is beautiful, lifelike in appearance. The TV is easy to use & performs extremely well. Samsung , makes a terrific product. The color, contrast, & images are shown in lifelike form. The people appear to be next to uou in a room.

The agent set-up my Denon receiver and connected all devices. I would have liked the service better if the agent could have taken more time to explain some of the functionalities of that device since it was new to me. But all is good.
