Upgraded my Home theater System and corresponding devices that required experienced Technical installation servicing. My systems are all synchronized with confidence to complete my installation needs.

The install of my TV and wall mount went perfectly. Nice and neat and quickly. The set-up of my receiver and programming of remotes, not so well at all. Still need multiple remotes to operate and no surround sound.

Tech was on time. Friendly. Very experienced at what he does...

Paul was very good. He set up the TV without any difficulties. He tried to set up our Bose system, but the Rep. ordered the wrong rear speaker stands and he could not complete the task. Gave us the internet address to order the correct stands. Awaiting them at this time.

While we were trying to update some of our smart accessories we ran into a problem and contacted Geek Squad for an agent come out. He noticed that are older flatscreen TV needed a processor to run sound through speakersWith its older technology. Once he said everything up things worked perfectly

the agents mounted and connected all my devices to my new 55" TV. the wires were a mess and the shelf they were on would not close into the wall unit with the old TV. the agents neatened up all the wires and the shelf now closes.

Bradley and Assistant did an Amazing Job prepping my space and installing my New TV, Tuner, cabling, new surround speakers and surge protector!! Very happy customer.

Connected my outside speaker to my receiver. Everything works. I now can hear music outside.

Excellent setup process with Nicolito. He explained all the steps and recommended some useful settings.

The guys arrived when scheduled, set my equipment up and talked me thru everything they were doing. They listened to the system to ensure it sounded good and then were on there way. GREAT JOB.

I was very satisfied with the last home visit from Geek Squad. The technician was thorough and checked every to discover the issues we were having with our new A/V receiver. He explained everything as he worked which was appreciated. I highly recommend their services offered.

There were no major problems with installing my receiver. They arrived on time and answered all my questions. The only complaint I would add is that they were in a hurry.

Gio was terrific. He removed the old stereo equipment, integrated the new equipment with what remained, and adjusted everything to ensure that I had high quality surround sound.

The unit is working well now! It's good to know that the GEEK Squad is there when you need help. THANKS !

The service guys came from New York City and installed my new tv. After the install I asked them to move it up 4-5" and they said they only install once. I asked them to hook-up all my DVD Player, VHS, etc. and they said they could only hook-up TV.

Nice and polite young man. He explained what he was doing, and what was outstanding. He also helped me order the missing piece.
