Awesome service and great equipment. Truly pleased. Perovided, installed and hooked up everything including remote opertaions, cell phone controls, system balancing throughout home, etc. Efficient, clean and friendly. Way better than we expected!

The agents setup my A/V Receiver fast, and accurately.

The agent did everything possible to get the Yamaha receiver hooked up but could not accomplish that task so I returned the receiver ! Agent was polite and knowledgeable followed all safety protocols and if the product had not been defective I am certain that I would be using it right now !

Though nobody ever showed up for our original appointment, they called to apologize the next day, and actually gave us a new appointment for the day they called. The technicians showed up within the appointment window and efficiently set up my sound system.

I had my receiver for around 3 years and just couldn’t get it to work right for the different items, namely my TV. I could get my DVD and cable box but not my TV or streaming device. They were courteous and professional and had it all worked out in 30 minutes. I am a happy camper now.

Very complicated installation. The tech failed to connect all components. He also did a very fine job of deducing the primary issue with electrical connection.

My technician Mike is the best he can setup my av processor made sure everything i needed was setup to my satisfaction and also made sure I knew how to work everything, Mike is definitely an asset to the Geek Squad team.

Geek squad came and I'm pleased with how he installed my high end pioneer Elite receiver.im only disappointed that there was not a owner's manual which should have came with one.

Exceptional work by Chase. Took the time to explain and review how to operate the total system, which included a Denon ARC capable receiver and a TCL flat screen that fit our ancient entertainment center

Knowledgeable technician was timely, pleasant and very efficient in fixing our problem. And then he helped me understand a few more things about our receiver.

The agents did a thorough job of programming our universal remote to our new television and all of the Home Theater accessories.

Guys did a great job of setting up and installing media room. Projector was bad coming out of the box so a new one had to be ordered. They rushed it in a couple of Fay’s and came back on a Sunday to finish installing. Overall a good experience with the Geek squad.

In Home Service was awesome. Kyra did an outstanding job putting everything together and went above and beyond the standard service. She was a true professional. I highly recommend the In Home Service plan with the Geek Squad.
