the geek squad removed old receiver ,hooked up new receiver connected cables to tv, all speakers indoor and out door. also did mass cable cleanup. they were very efficient and neat and pleasant and took all the old cables away

Due to some remodeling, our receiver was disconnected from the other devices and speakers and we were unable to get it reconnected properly. The Geek Squad agent reconnected our device to the TV and surround speakers so we could enjoy the sound again

Second time agents have assisted my install of older speaker system with a new Receiver amp to provide surround sound in "TV Room". Brad Lujan and his assistant Roman are terrific. including training me in use of remotes, features, etc.

The home service team did the job efficiently and with great skill. They covered all the bases and got our new Harmony remote working beautifully. Pleasant and thoughtful in their work they patiently answered every question about our system.

Tech said I needed a new subwoofer when he tested all the speakers, but looing in the back of the receiver it was not plugged in or connected. No instruction how to use.

Thank you, This was not my first choice. The one I wanted was not in stock and company would not even take an order for six weeks. there was only one receiver on the shelf in stock . I took a chance turns out it works very good.
