Excellent install of Denon receiver. Greek squad tech very knowledgeable and professional caring out Covid guidelines. Took needed time to troubleshoot speaker connections! Great install wish I could temper his name! I definitely would recommend him highly. Thank you!

Excellent initial install and great follow up visit by Lucas to get our subwoofer connected. The installers were diligent in making sure that our current theatre speakers worked with the new receiver.

Robert Rice came out prior to install and put together a plan for my equipment. He was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I rate him very highly.

The Geek Squad did a wonderful job of fixing the issues I was having with my home theatre. They arrived on time, took extra steps to insure I was fully aware of the solution to the issues I was having.

2 Geeks ran Ethernet cable from the Ruckus switch in the utility room to the TV and the Sonos Arc sound bar in the living room. It was a 60 ft run through the attic. Fortunately, there was plenty of space to do the work. They did an outstanding job.

The installer was very knowlegable with electronics. The task was performed quite quickly. Her attitude was very positive, and she enjoyed talking about various electronic problems that I have experienced. She was very easy to speak with.

The Squad installed my item. They were very professional, efficient and friendly. The item itself developed problems about a week after installation but does not appear to be related to the installation.

Geek Squad showed up on time and programmed a receiver that had not been set up originally due to a faulty remote. What could have taken me hours with some frustration they did in minutes.

The only reason why I didn't gibe 5 stars was the first receiver I purchased (a Sony) was bad and needed to be replaced. Your Install guys however performed first time and second visit as well to finish set up due to the bad receiver.

Andrew and Cody did a fantastic job. They were thorough, very courteous, and completed the work in a timely manner. They ensured that everything was completed and answered all of our questions.

With technology changing as much as it has over the past few decades, I felt a little out of my element in installing my new system. The G.S. came in and hooked it all up for me, then went through the operations of how it all works. It was worth every penny!

Technicians took my old TV down and got my new one up within 1hour. They were able to program the new system and fully integrate it with my surround system as well as with my IR master remote!

The last two services were very and efficient. It has been a six month effort. Skill sets matter and customer service attitude is a money plus.

I purchased a Samsung 75" 8K TV. With the Total Tech plan the wall mount instalation was free. Brandon and his creww did an excellent job and even fine tuned the TV for optimum color and sharpness.

Geek Squad guys were awesome. Hooked up my new AV receiver in no time. Were courteous and very knowledgeable.
