Technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I have had no issues since they came out and redid the set up of my receiver to my tv, and all other audio equipment. I would recommend them to anyone, and it did not take a long time to get them to come out.

The geek squad team lead by Rafael were excellent very professional and took their time and explained to me step-by-step what was the best outcome for the situation that I had. It was really great to see young men from the community working in such a pivotal role I knew they had been background checked and fingerprinted and they took pride in the work that they did. My only concern was that the other geek squad and the surrounding counties have geek squad cars and unfortunately these two young men showed up in what looked to be some type of rental because the geek squad cars in the Pinole store we’re all down that was traveling for me as a taxpayer here in West County. Please provide our local geek squad teams a geek squad car as the other communities have such as Emeryville Cocker ECT…

I was not getting any sound from my speakers for my CD player. The problem was with my receiver and all they had to do is push a button on the receiver and the speakers worked. They also connected my DVD player to the speakers, however, they said my DVD player was not working. I don't think it has ever been used and they said if it isn't used, it could break. I'm in my 80's so trying to understand all this is too much for me.

My Denon receiver, which was out of warranty but still fairly new, couldn’t switch to the satellite input. When resetting it didn’t work, Denon said it was broken and needed to go to the shop. I decided to replace it instead and ordered a new one (different brand) from Best Buy, with installation by the Geek Squad. When the Geek Squad person came by with the new receiver, he asked what my problem was with the old one. When I told him, he said he could fix that. It was a logic jam up because I had several devices that could control hdmi switching. He reprogrammed things so that only my receiver remote controlled switching, and everything was working properly. He said my Denon was new enough that there was no need to replace it. He returned the new receiver, saving me $600. The whole thing cost me $49.99. Excellent service. I couldn’t be happier.

After 3 visits to install our equipment Sam and Damien and Sam knew what to do and got it done. Not a great experience but these guys brought our appreciation and respect back to a different level. These two are what all of the installers should strive to be and do. We cant say enough about these guys. The ticked all the boxes, they called, showed up on time, and wore foot coverings …in 4 visits no one else did any of the above. On top of all this they were efficient and explained why the previous installers were not successful and did what they needed to do to fix it. They took their time to ensure everything was working and that we knew exactly how to work it before they left..Love Love Love these guys!
