Quick and easy installer the Geek Squad. The modem now provided IP phone service and we reduced our cost from $130 per month with one vendor to $10 with the new provider. The Netgear Night Hawk is awesome.

Seth took time to listen to what we had and worked out plan to install the new modem and set up the router so every item worked as it should and then he tested them all to make sure they did - an absolutely wonderful experience

I was expecting a computer geek squad and got the TV mounting geek squad. The guys did a good job but it sure took forever. When you have computer set up help scheduled I would expect a computer expert geek squad. Not impressed with the geek squad.

Tech was great when he got here. I requested early morning appointment and had to reschedule three times, because the day before I was given my appointment window for late in the afternoon. Because of this it took over three weeks for the time. Finally show up on time. Once he got there, everything ran smoothly.

Set up is not that involved if you follow instructions and pricing is high.

The Geek Squad IN-Home Service is fabulous. My agent, TJ, came over to install my new printer ( my old one never worked) and in doing so, he found the modem was broken. I was fortunate that he had modems and routers on the truck and I could buy a new set. All is fixed and working well. TJ is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything to me as he installed my new equipment. TJ is the best !!
