The GS did not set up anything. Data would not transfer from my old computer, so I returned the computer.
I don't recommend this particular GS agent.

I want my money back. You had me on the phone for well over 2 hours and no one ever came to address my computer issues. This was a total waste of my time.

Too high a price to charge for an add on. Already paying a high price for in-home setup, so an add on fee should have been waived.
