    If your screen is to hang on brackets, make sure Geek Squad uses three brackets on the top if your screen is 135" diagonal or larger. They only used two on mine with none on the bottom and the outer third on both sides of my screen sag. This makes it impossible to set the keynote perfectly.

    Very bad experience. I bought my product in November and no one has come to 8nstall. Last timebit was cancelled.

    Great screen, I will not use Geek Squad again!

    They mounted the screen fine but they were supposed to wire in the surround sound system too! The surround sound did not work & there were wires capped all over the place! We never received a phone call regarding the problem or why

    We really valued Bob’s opinion. We ask questions and he answered. We asked if we needed some new equipment and we felt like he answered truthfully. He told us our projecter was good but recommended a new screen.

    The TV was not mounted, and I asked for it. The wall mount didn't come with the TV

    Geek squad installed our Home theatre

    We are happy with the Home Theatre installation by Geek squad, We didnot use all the features of remote we need to explore some of them. The service was good though it delayed for a long time due to non availability of Tech people thats what I heard when ever I called 1800 Geek Squad.
