The Geek Squad representative was very knowledgeable. He had our sound bar installed and operational within minutes. The tech answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Thank you!

The agent came out to troubleshoot the installation of the TV and the Soundbar. The sound bar had not worked a week since it had been installed. The installation was fine the product was poor.
I would recommend this to a friend

They were extremely professional. Even though Best Buy messed up my orders by separating the items for different days but the technician was able to work things around so he did fixed everything on the spot.

HORRIBLE! 1st geek squad crew wasnt able to get rear speakers to pair so they left saying they need a remote so i drove back 40mins to store to get 1. It was a hassle to get them to cone back out again only to still not be able to complete job. When they were instructed to then just take back the soundbar and speakers as i clearly dont want them, they refused saying they dont do that... which meant another 40min drive to store immediately to return $700 worth of junk LG home theater. Not once were we even offered an apology for the incompetency of TWO geek squad crews to complete job AND we were NOT offered a dime back on the $300 installation fee they couldnt do..... HORRIBLE SERVICE AND COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT

The agent connected the Sonos sound bar in a quick and efficient manner. He cleaned everything. He was quite proficient in in his explanation of the system. He was very careful in demonstrating the installation and use of the Sonos App and the various settings and use

The first visit left much to be desired as what was done could have been done over the phone. The second visit was VERY good! The two techs fixed all my problems and offered good suggestions for those that weren't part of why they were here. If I need help in the future I would be glad to have the second squad here any time.

I had a technical issue and my sound bar lost connection. I called the Geek Squad and scheduled a technician to come out. He arrived early actually which was great.
After a few minutes he found the issue and showed me what happen. Great customer service.

I had the Geek Squad do all the setup for new system - 55" Sony 900E, sound bar with woofer, blu-ray player, network cables, new modem and new surge protector. They answered all my questions on site to my satisfaction. When I had some issues (that were the result of my Internet provider not doing their job correctly), they helped me diagnose the issue over the phone.

the agents called me the day before and told me the time they would come and sure enough they were on time, well prepared, had mask, shoe covers, installed my equipment with such professional ease, checked all if my previous installs to make sure they were properly working. Polite and respectful.

Awesome service techs , very helpful & respectful, unable to complete on first attempted set up but they were persistent in getting us what we needed & thought we had purchased in order to give us a great set up.

The guys were great - and SO helpful in making sure we understood how things worked! They really went above and beyond what we expected. Yadi was terrific!! We got extra tips on how to manage controls...just super.

l knew I would have trouble if I tried to set up myself, even with help from YouTube. While watching him set up sound bar. I knew then I never could have done it. He also changed my setup on my screen which I never knew was wrong. Iam now enjoying my TV much better than before. Thanks, Geek squad@
