Fast, efficient, knew what he was doing. had to reconnect sound bar and also reset of several steaming channels due to disconnect when stand was installed.

The Geek Squad were right on time, very friendly and went right to work. They fixed my problem and ask if I was having any other type of problem using my tv or remote. They wore mask and shoe covers as it had snowed and the side walk was wet.

The agents installed my tv and connected it to my speaker system and my cable box and also my dvd they worked effectively and quickly and one completed the took the time to explain how to operate everything they were polite and took all the time needed.

I changed cable companies and the cable installer couldn't figure out how to reconnect my soundbar. Geek squad not only connected it but eliminated a remote control. I am now able to do everything with this one remote.

Jason was awesome. He had been to our home before with a speaker, so he was very familiar with our equipment. He reprogrammed the Harmony remote so it is better than originally set up. He was professional and very knowledgeable. Hoping to get him the next time we need service.

The geek team set up my stereo equipment making a few connections and even tweaking my subwoofer. I could have never accomplished all of what they did by myself. It was definitely a team effort. Thanks very much.

We were very pleased with the service we received for the setup of our new tv and sound bar. Our technician was very kind and patient and took his time to make certain everything was in precise working order. This included moving our old tv to our bedroom and hooking it up. A job well done!

My geek squad service technician was excellent. He knew what to do to set up my new tv and receiver. I was sold an incorrect cable, so technician went to the rest of his appointments and gave me time to return one cable and replace it with correct cable. He came back that same day and finished the job.

The agent moved my smaller tv and connected it to an antenna and my roku, and then installed a larger one with a sound bar and subwoofer. He paid attention to covid restrictions and explained everything, was quick and detailed. Took away all the packaging.

These guys were well trained, cordial and responsive to our questions and completed the set up amazingly fast! They were helpful getting remotes programmed too and made sure we knew how to operate them.

The agents were friendly and fast. However after leaving I noticed the Velodine subwoofer would not turn on. The tech(s) did not say the subwoofer was working or not working. I believe there’s a fuse blown on the circuit.
