Sound bar mounted to older model TV. The job was a bit challenging, because the TV did not have up to date connection options for the sound bar. The Geek techs figured out how to make it work. They carried extra parts in their truck...

Victor and David were GREAT! They installed my new Sound Bar on June 30... The first one was defective but this one works great ! Thank You Victor and David for such great work!!

The agents were professional, made great suggestions on how to solve some wire issues, and hooked up my tv and sound bar and the tv in the guest room. They were great! I will use them again and recommend them to my friends. Thank you

The agent not only connected my devices, he set me up so that I could used one remote. Something the cable company employee could not do.

John Hill was great. He was professional, friendly, and patient helping me figure out the Bose App. He also took an extra minute to help me with my printer, which had been a big frustration.

The agents continued the solving of a non-problem. I spent $400 dollars on techs from two different companies to find out, by myself, that the mute button on the ROKU handset is on the side where it is hit by the webbing on my hand when I pick it up. Oh: also found how to change the channel. On the back, where my palm hits the buttons. Hours of running from store to store for nothing. Connecting Point didn’t do me any favors, either. Shame on all you techs who don't recognize that women over 70 aren't particularly tech savvy.

Geek Squad came to install my home theater system and Atmos speakers. Everything was neat and seamless. My Geek Squad agent took his time and measured everything he did to make sure all speakers were on the same exact level. Can’t go wrong with Geek Squad service

The Best Buy representative was thorough, courteous and informative while connecting sound bars and DVD players in multiple sites. Very pleased and hope he will return to set up my audio equipment.
