I was very impressed from the time of putting on their booties upon entering my home to time they completed the setup of my new Manrantz Receiver. Agents Nikkito and Audrey were very professional and knowledgeable. They made sure I knew how to use the equipment before leaving. The fee was well worth it.

Tech arrived within the timeframe scheduled. More towards the end of the "window", but as was stated. Did not try to rush and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Made sure he explained the fetures need to operate the system was understood.

Because of the various inputs cable, music, WiFi and three smart receivers it took a long time for the set up to be configured. Each input had to be named and coordinated through one input to the television. They stuck to it and everything works. I could never have done it alone and I am fairly tech savvy

Guys were professional. Installation included a wall mount for a new 4K 55" TV and Sonos sound bar and speakers. All went well and according to plan. They were patient while I struggled with passwords, etc. Good experience. Only rub is trying to do anything by phone. Forget it ... the phone tree is a disaster.

The agents continued the solving of a non-problem. I spent $400 dollars on techs from two different companies to find out, by myself, that the mute button on the ROKU handset is on the side where it is hit by the webbing on my hand when I pick it up. Oh: also found how to change the channel. On the back, where my palm hits the buttons. Hours of running from store to store for nothing. Connecting Point didn’t do me any favors, either. Shame on all you techs who don't recognize that women over 70 aren't particularly tech savvy.

First set up for the JBL was not a good one. The time was changed on us last minute. The guy who set up the JBL was in and out. We never heard the quality we expected.

Great service. Showed up as promised, very professional and informative. Took the time to explain our tv and audio system. Answered all our questions and then some. Cleaned up after themselves leaving the room as if they were never there. I will always use them on my purchases from Best Buy.
