The technicians from the Geek Squad have been great to work with. They were on time, let me know they were coming, and very polite and courteous. In addition, their technical knowledge was great. They also explained things so this Senior Citizen could understand it.

Could not get TV stations, only streamers. And much too complicated to use without readable and more complete directions. Had to have a return visit by installers.

They did a nice job of getting my speakers up and running however I really wanted my new stereo surround speakers as well as a soundbar installed. They are still sitting in unopened boxes and I have to find somehow to get rid of them.

First set up for the JBL was not a good one. The time was changed on us last minute. The guy who set up the JBL was in and out. We never heard the quality we expected.

Agents contacted the sound bar manufacturer and were able to download an upgrade on memory stick and download it to the sound bar. It works perfectly again. Both members of Geek Squad did a great job.
