Due to the mounting of our TV and the placement of the sound bar over the fireplace there were some challenges to be overcome but the Best Buy team thought things through and came up with some great solutions. Extremely pleased with the result. Geek Squad was well worth the expense.

I’m not techy so I’d be lost without Geek squad to install and connect all my products. They don’t waste any time. They come in and get right to work, very customer friendly, knowledgeable and personable.

GEEK SQUAD TECH INSTALLED AND MOUNTED NEW FLAT SCREEN TV ON WALL. ALSO HOOKED UP NEW A/V AMPLIFIER TO EXISTING HOME ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM. GEEK SQUAD HELP WAS PRICEY THOUGH! WOUND UP COSTING ME OVER $400 !!!! PERSONALLY I THINK CHARGE WAS EXCESSIVE. BUT RESULTS WERE WORTH IT.

The agents installed our new Sony receiver that replaced our worn out receiver and connected all of our components in our theater system. They were professional, friendly and explained the operation system.

The agent did a wonderful job, connecting the TV ears to the sound bar and TV so they were all communicating with each other.

Ben with the Geek Squad did our audio installation and rocked it! There's no mess with the cords, he programmed all remotes and walked us through some different audio options/functions. He had some great recommendations to enhance our entertainment experience with the new products we purchased.

The Geek Squad did a good job on the setup, but now my Sub is making a rattling noise. What can I do to get this issue fixed.

The agents were very nice and helpful. They hook up my t v and sound bar and connect the sound bar to my wife’s Bluetooth and also my Bluetooth on our iPhones . We appreciate there help.

Soundbar installation went well. Had new TV and needed several tools to make totally functional. Good job.

The Geek agent was nice. He came to hook up my Bose 700 sound bar to my TV and pair my Bose 700 headphones to the sb. He told me that the optical hookup was preferred over HDMI ARC, but in reading the sb owner's manual I found the ARC was preferred. He also said the sb could not be paired with my headphones. I took the phones back for a refund, but after further reading, and writing to Bose, I learned that the sb and phones could be linked using Simple Sync grouping. I bought the phones again a few weeks later and had a different Geek help me with the bluetooth pairing the first time. Now everything works as it should, but I still need to correct the TV to sb hookup using HDMI ARC.

The Geer Squad installed my equipment quickly. He checked out all the equipment to make sure it was in working order. He found several problems and informed me of the best way to solve the problems. He left the system in good working order.

The installer did an amazingly excellent job! He was patient and through and checked his work. He also answered a lot of questions that I had.

The agent mounted my tv and set it up very well. I recommend this service!
