The setup is the best thing that you can have done.

The Technician sent to install a stereo system, that had been in for warranty work, did not know how to do it, even though we had all the cables labeled. It should have been a "plug and play". He could not get zones 2 or 3 to work. Fortunately for us, there was another technician here to re-program the remote. After the first technician left, he took care of both, even though it was not his job. He was fantastic! The first technician was a sub-contractor and the second was an actual Geek Squad tech.

New TV and sound bar delivered together. Crew set up and connected them together. Also ensured my streaming services were working and completed sign ins.

the folks that came to my house were fantastic there was snow on the ground they had booties to put on very fast explained all the details gave me there business cards if any questions took away all the boxes i plan on using them again soon

As usual, the Geek Squad rep who resolved my problem was wise, patient and successful in the needed repair.

Corrected a few minor issues from the original soundbar installation (issues that did not affect soundbar performance) and is working just fine with my new TV.

We bought a 55" TV and delivery/set-up was free! The techs that delivered our TV were very knowledgeable. Set-up was quick and went smoothly. We were able to enjoy watching a movie within an hour.

the sonos arc was replaced and subwoofer. Phillip Key was great and the Geek Squad. However we are still having sound issues and not sure this is from the TV or the sonos arc

Agent came in. Reviewed order to connect hearing aid using Bluetooth to tv audio. Installed it, did not have to remove tv from wall which saved lots of money. Knowledgeable, efficient, professional.

Chris and Sanford did an excellent professional job. . .and saved me $$ on a couple items I did not need!!
