These guys were great. They set up two wall mounted smart tv's with receiver and universal remote. They were very professional, worked well together and had us up and running in no time.

Geek Squad mounted the TV, ran all the wires, and provided service well beyond my expectations. Love the new look and functionality of my living room.

Set up my TV, connected my surround sound system and programmed my remote and Wi-Fi and Internet accede. Wished they had shown me more on using these features.

The service was fantastic and I was pleased that I can control the TV and soundbar with one remote.

A contractor...not geek squad... came out to remove old and install new receiver....he was not familiar with reprogramming so we had to contact Best Buy requesting another tech (who also ended up being a contractor) to come out and program receiver and was successful this time....however we were under impression the geek squad would provide service from the start which is what we were paying for or so we thot....so what are we paying for ???? Not sure we will continue geek squad services nor recommend to anyone

Basically the sound bar that wasn’t working was exactly the sound bar that they brought back to my house so now I have another bad sound bar that was exactly like the sound bar I had. The gentleman told me to go back to the store and ask for a better sound bar which of course would cost me more money my problem with that is in the store the TV has a different color is more rich it’s perfect the same TV that I’ve got in my house which is wash out and the sound bar that they sold me in the store I could hear people talk perfectly but the sound bar I have here that they brought back which was the same thing I can not hear them speak. I am not entirely sure what I’m going to do about the situation but I’m getting real sick and tired of it I can tell you that much right now. I can take my business elsewhere because what they’re doing is a bait and switch. Which is illegal. I don’t know if I’m going to pursue this situation or not because I’ve got other things going on but I might have to call the Better Business Bureau I work for the state of Wisconsin Department of financial institutions for years and this happens all the time when we would investigate stores like this and do this.

Nice to have technically trained people for us who don't know. They do a great job.
