Purchased a universal remote. Agent did not inform me that it would affect my other tv in next room, because they were both Samsung. Prior to purchase I told agent I was thinking about changing cable companies, but he did not tell me it would be another $100 to reprogram the remote until after installed. Agent said to call his cell if I had questions. I called the next day, left a message, and he did not return my call.

Finally a month after purchasing it is installed correctly. Days were mixed up and call center (hub) is horrible. Price was ok

I’m not satisfied..my sound bar is connected but nothing else works ..my cable remote no longer controls my tv I can’t access my fire stick DVD player not functioning..I need a return visit with more in depth explanation and to be shown how everything works.. not to have a 5min installation then out the door..what did I pay 272$ for...
