Came out to install Samsung Hw Q-90 R soundbar with rear speaker kit. Both young men were curtious and respectful, however my soundbar installation was only succesfully installed in a sense that it was hooked up albiet not the way I would of preffered with the hdmi connections. With the way they connected it I had to use the soundbar controller to change sources as they put the componet connections into the soundbar hdmi ports and not the tv directly. It led to another step to change sources is all, so I actually undid what they did and set up the way i wanted it. This was all because they couldn't get the soundbar to connect to the tv usung the earc port on my lg c9 oled tv. On top of that the rear speakers can barley be heard at all even after a firmware update and setting adjustment. In conclusion this whole experience has been frustrating and dissapoiting. The guys tried but came up short in their task. I'm to return the soundbar and try to get my money back for the installation as well. Dissapointed!
