The 2 young men who installed my TVs, wall mounts, sound bars and mounts + internet switch did an amazing job. After installation was completed, they setup all the equipment so it was ready to go. A+ job.

While geek was here everything was great and working. That night TV would not turn on & nothing but trouble since. Waiting for appointment tomorrow. We’ll see what happens next!

The good is that they got my tv working with my cable box. The bad is that they could not get the surround sound speaker kit to work with the sound bar and left me to dismantle the speakers and stands in order to return them.

Kristopher arrived right on time and was able to decipher the problem with my rear surround sound speakers. It was not an easy fix but he was diligent and used his expertise to fix the issue. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. As a retired teacher I give him an A+++++.

Geek Squad mounted my 55 inch TV to the wall and organized all the cables to where they are pretty much invisible. They did an awesome job and my wife is finally happy not to be looking at a cable mess. Geek Squad was very courteous and considered. They had protective cloth they used to cover items and floor. Also cleaned up nicely afterwards.

The prior rep had connected the cables incorrectly, then failed to take the time to turn on the Vizio surrond sound system see if it was working properly.

The agent dismantled my old sound bar and installed the
new one with one change they upgraded the connection wire to an HDMI for better quality and longevity

Geek Squad set up our new home theater system and programmed our new Harmony Elite remote. They did a good job that was above our ability.
Nit Pic - sound levels unbalanced between AM, FM, Blue-Ray, TV and internet. Would have liked them to be more balance. I wish I noticed the BLASTING sound levels before they departed so they could fix it.

The technician was able to hook-up wiring for speakers & checked out. All is working fine.

The two agents were friendly and hooked up our new audio system quickly, then explained how to work the remote with the audio system. The problem was they did not match it with the TV remote or even check to see if it worked with TV remote also. Now we have to use 2 remotes for our new TV which is suppose to do everything with one. Many calls to BEST Buy, phones always busy, put on hold forever, transferred to different depts, and still not fixed, or even gotten a "followup" visit to correct it which is suppose to be guaranteed. Probably should give 1 star, but they were knowledgeable and friendly. Other services used have been good in the past..on the fence if I'll use them again.
