The Geek Squad came to the house in installed the soundbar with my new TV. They did a great job.

Agents set up my existing sound bar and ensured everything was perfect before leaving.

The Geek Squad came out and had me good to go in no time. Not a good move if you’re hearing impaired-sound is dependent on where you’re at in the room. Bar is sleek and attractive though.

Geek Squad installed my Sony 65X950G, headphones, soundbar, and remote. They were quick and took away my old TV and all the packing material. They also showed me how to use all the devices. I can't say enough about them. They also programmed all the components.

The agent mounted my TV and Sound Bar (polk) connected it to all my devices with a lot of Knowledge and the services was Awesome

It works, but with a couple issues. Hulu is intermittent, I end up using my Fire TV for Hulu even though the app is native to the TV. Also, I was told to have all my accounts and passwords ready for the installation, but had to enter myself after installers left.

The agent connected my sound bar and removed all my unneeded items very efficiently. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and capable.

The agents disconnected my old sound bar, installed my new one, programmed my remote, all while being respectful, wearing booties on my new carpeting, without being asked, wore Masks, and kept Social Distancing. They explained everything.

A complicated situation with a outdated home theater and 4k tv. they managed to connect both and allow the tv to come through the theater speakers. It's not running perfectly but I did not need to buy another device for sound.

Kevin completed a diagnostic check of my home theater, identified issues, and corrected all problems. He also gave me recommendations to improve the efficiency of my system by upgrading certain components. He was professional, patient, and a pleasure to deal with.
