The two guys who installed our new LG 55 inch Smart TV installed the TV, assembled the TV stand which was time consuming, instructed us on how to enjoy using the TV and told us to call if we had any questions!

The Geek squad were very thorough about mounting our tv and sonos arc sounder. They were very careful to take every precaution. We are very happy we used the Geek squad for our installation.

the 2 agents arrived on time and were friendly and seemed to be technically competent. They worked very fast and very well together and identified a problem with a Direct tv receiver. Had to have a call back due to some syncing problems

Geek Squad installed my lg sound bar using the optical cable and it works very well with my Sony tv.

The Techs quickly connected my old Blue Sound soundbar to the new TV and everything works fine.

A third party was used for delivery and install. Had to ask helper to put mask on nose twice. Was told mask was too big. Picture of CDC guidelines was taken after install for affect only by the installers to send back to front office. But was not followed during install (trap and cones to mark off distance) even though distancing and disinfectant was applied to remote that was handled. Was asked to pay out of pocket for a cable that was not included/or was needed. Not sure which. Was told that it was an out of pocket expense for installer. And I could give him whatever I wanted to.

Lance is a real pro. We try and ask for him personally when we have any computer issues. He's very knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. In addition, he is really tech/computer savvy.

The Geek squad view my set up and determined the best configuration and made suggestions that Iapporved to make my system respond as effortless as possible and I was pleased in their final setup of my audio system.

Can't say enough good about the agents ability to set everything up and make it look good. Agents arrived on time and were very professional. They even wore shoe covers when entering my house, wow awesome.
