The Geek Squad tech was completely knowledgeable and spent extra time explaining the functions and their use.

The technician connect my devices and made sure everything worked properly before departing. There was one issue that he solved by consulting with a colleague. He was very professional, patient, and respectful.

the service was great, but I have an additional charge of $49.04 on my mastercard bill that I cannot identify in addition to the $1420,22 for the tv and setup. Need help with this. thanks

Need to return as it cannot be used simultaneously with my tv...there will be a delay in sound output between the tv and sound bar. This will not be acceptable...

Good product. Disappointed it couldn’t be connected to my Comcast remote. A separate device must be used for volume. Weak.

Soundbar was mounted and added to the tv. Provided information on operation.

Had Best Buy install small tv on wall in office. No problems. Techs were able to install and hide wall sockets for power and cable to give clean appearance. Took time be sure remote programmed correctly.

The agents mounted/installed my soundbar without issue. They made sure everything was working appropriately with my TV before leaving. They also instructed me on how to use the soundbar and included remote.

Geek Squad expertly mounted my Sonos arc sound bar and assisted with connecting some older Sonos equipment. Great technicians.

Of course you can do it yourself but there are somethings that would have taken a week or so in blogs, technical support and online research to figure out what they already know! It's worth it.
