They were able to solve issue I was having with my TV.

Juan and Josh did a fabulous job installing my new television and sound bar into the wall. Juan double checked his work and was very patient showing me all the remote options. I HIGHLY recommend these guys.

Disconnected all old audio equipment and installed new system. Stayed while new system booted up to make sure all systems were operating as promised Both techies were polite and clearly communicated with me

It was amazing I first purchased a different soundbar but wasn't happy with it. So I chose Sonos. Love the Sonos soundbar.

The set up of the soundbar was good. The staff very skilled.

My sound bar is great and I love that I could use my Totaltech to get it installed and help hooking to my tv

The items are great but the service I received was atrocious. I was given a 4 hour window just for them to push it back to another 4 hour window. Ultimately they were not even able to deliver the item that day and rescheduled me for another day. I was promised to be done first thing in the morning, around 7am, but the delivery didn't show up until 3:30. I then found out that I was not given the proper bracket spacer to mount my soundbar to the new 77" TV. I was then told that i could go to the store to pick up the part I needed but wouldn't you know the manager said that he could do nothing for me and his only solution was for me to purchase a new soundbar and return my current one. I again called customer services and they were able to set up a return and exchange for me. The next delivery date came and again they did not deliver the item within the 4 hour window. I was told by the driver that best buy didn't even have my item at the store, so I, once again, was rescheduled for "first thing" another morning. I have yet to receive the item I am returning and exchanging as I write this. I understand it is the holiday season but you need to do better Best Buy.

The TV installation came out really nice the guys were professional.just wish the sales people and geek squad were on same page got charged an extra100 for hiding the wires and setting up a remote the sales people said I would have those included

Wow oh wow these guys are good Very good and very helpful He stayed as long as he needed to get the best sound from the system He taught me how to use it and how to make some changes when going from tv to music These guys are so professional

what can I say, Oscar was great. Would call Geek Squad for all my audio & video service.

Very happy with the knowledge of the two technicians who installed and then set up my wall mounted tv. Both were very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything before they left.

The delivery, assembly, testing and tuning of the set were excellent. An entertainment unit in which the set was placed had an upper shelf adjusted to hold a sound bar purchased with the set. At first we did not notice a front shelf support was put in at a 45degree angle. Another rear support was not in place nor was a securing screw reaching the cabinet wall from the shelf. 15 pounds were about to drop on the left upper part of the TV screen. We braced the shelf with lumber and called younger friends for help to remove and reinstall the shelf. GEEK SQUAD could have cost us $2300.

So my first experience was horrible. The employees left my tv mounted crooked and flthe tv i purchased was damaged so they made me rebook another visit, taking another day of my time away and the second group of guys worked faster and fixed the first peoples errors. So just double check their work and stay engaged with them asking them to walk you thru what theyre doing so u know its being done correctly

The in house Geek Squad have done an excellent, thorough, and expeditious job correcting past installers mistakes and solving system problems to leave me completely satisfied with my Inhome AV experience.

The agent connected the sound bar to the TV and set the rear speakers as well.

She was very Prompt, knowledgeable, as well as helpful, she knew her stuff.
