The Geek Squad Technician did a great job in installing Sony
Soundbar to my 65 Sony TV. Very Professional and answered all of my questions.
I would recommend this to a friend

As stated a 3rd party vendor installed my TV and soundbar equipment. They sent 1 guy to do at least a 2 man job. This was to install a 75" TV and soundbar. He left numerous scratches & gouges on our mantel and left the same on our bedroom dresser. The soundbar has had to be replaced since it did not work properly. We have filed a claim to either be compensated for the damage or have the wood repaired. We would prefer the wood repaired for eventual resale purposes. I would probably recommend the Geek Squad only for any installation and repair, not a 3rd party vendor. They did send a Geek Squad person to replace the soundbar and set up the TV's, which the other guy didnt do either. Seemed to be in a big hurry.
My review might change once resolution is met on the damages, obviously to our satisfaction. The person that came to review the damage even stated that it is their policy to sned 2 people for any TV installation over 55". Obviously they didnt follow policy.
