the agents mounted my tv and connected it to all my devices

Geek Squad installed our Smart Blu-ray dvd player and a VCR to our old tv set. Ended up having to make a second appointment (no charge) to complete the set up of the dvd player because we didn't have the tv remote control to change the settings on the tv. We could get the picture, but no sound. I was able to schedule a second appointment once I got the tv remote control replacement in hand. Geek Squad changed the setting with the tv remote control and we now have sound for the dvd player. Very satisfied with the work Max did.

The 2 agents did a great job setting up our devices. A few hours after they left, everything went down again. We turned off the tv & entertained ourselves with a board game. The next day Fire TV worked & has since gone back down. Initially, ROKU also stopped bur is again working when FIRE goes down. Apparently they are linked differently because today hubby switched from ROKU to FIRE by simply hitting home on the fire remote. Normally that requires the use of the TV remote. Something crazy crazy here, digurally.

The agent had been here before & also was well prepared. Another agent had also been here in the past & he had communicated what he had done prior to his arrival. After explaining our frustration with efforts of trying to sync everything was not working. He understood & immediately starting the synchronization process going slowly & step by step so we thoroughly understood. When he finished it was completed. It also allowed us to be able to manage troubleshooting in the future. The agent communicated on our limited technology level. He was professional & respectful. If we ever need this type of service again I would request him. Sincerely

Jazz and Harris did an excellent job installing the new Roku equipment on two televisions and getting our garage opener on line. Neither my husband nor I could have done this alone. I’m so happy I had excellent service and I will certainly refer them to others.

Chris and his colleague were fantastic. They installed the TV and sound bar and made sure my husband understood all the features and how to use them.

This is more review for the installation service than for the products although I am pleased with the Roku, which was recommended to me by Drew Bennett and say is a top-notch sales rep at the Best Buy in Saratoga springs Being a geek squad customer I was able to have them come and do this installation and set up no additional cost to me and my review is about geek squad more than anything what a great value! I wouldn’t be without it.

Geek Squad agents added new TiVo device to Tv. As always great service, good knowledge of how that which I don't understand works..

The agent installed two Fire Sticks for me and gave me clear instruction on how to utilize them. There were some issues involved with getting power for one of the units and he knew exactly what to do to solve the problem. I was very pleased with the service.

After purchasing a universal remote and Hub, our Geek Squad agent was thoroughly knowledgeable when it came to integrating our current entertainment system with one remote.
