    Although I wasn’t happy about the added trip charge, I do live out in the sticks and a long way from a Best Buy. Service was well worth it.

    Even though I am outside the service area Geek squad set our visit up and communicated with me to establish a good time for consultation and insured I had communication with technician prior to him arriving. Very professional service by all involved.

    Delivery should be free when item purchased is for a major appliance and that cost exceeds $1,000.

    Prompt and courteous people (Geaks). Made sure I knew all and was comfortable with operating my TV and sound system before they ended their install. Greatly knowledgeable, neat and extremely helpful.

    Had to pay extra for a trip charge to install our new appliance. Getting this scheduled was a pain. Will not due this again.

    The out of area charge is too steep for the work accomplished. Try to find someone local to do the necessary work.

    There was no choice for the HIGH fee to deliver the TV's, three (3) to be exact. Yes, it was in the middle of no where, two (2) hours from the nearest store. I guess it was a price to be paid for faster service than me getting off work and get the TV's and drive six (6) hours and drop them off and set them up.
